• If you win, you’ll need to head to our separate delivery listing to pay for postage so we can send your prize out to you.

No Refunds
All ticket sales are final. Once your order is placed, we can’t offer refunds or returns, so please make sure you’re happy before checking out.

Delivery
We’ll always send prizes to the exact details you provide, so please double-check your address at checkout. Once the parcel leaves us, it’s in the hands of the courier and we can’t be held responsible for delays, damage or parcels going missing.

Our raffles are open to UK residents aged 18 and over. By buying a ticket, you’re confirming you meet these requirements.

Free Entry Route

1. Send your entry on an unenclosed postcard by first class pre-paid post to the following address: Roe Head Mill, Far Common Road, Mirfield, West Yorkshire WF14 0DG
2. Include with your entry the following information:-
   • your full name
   • your address
   • your contact telephone number and email address; and
   • your chosen game.

NOTE: one entry per postcard - multiple entries are restricted, If we believe one person is attempting to enter using multiple names and addresses, all associated entries will be voided, entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
